The Teen Room (480 sq. feet) is the second largest room that can accommodate up to 25 guests for an event.
Rental Rates
$25/hour + $250 deposit
Non-residents pay an additional, one-time fee of $55

What we take care of:
Make tables and chairs available.
Make broom and mop available for cleanup.
Take trash bags to the dumpster.
Provide 15 minutes of setup assistance.
What you are responsible for:
Event setup.
Event cleanup includes:
-wiping down tables after use.
-rerack all tables and chairs.
-sweeping
-mopping
-placing trashbag outside the door for pickup.
