New Territory Pool Rules & Guest Policy

New Territory spray park and pools are for residents and their guests. All residents aged ten (10) and older must have a valid Club card to enter the pool area, regardless of whether they will swim. Lifeguards on duty have authority over the pool and its patrons. The following rules are in place to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone using our facilities.
 
Pool Guests
Residents must always accompany their guests while using the pools. Guest will not be admitted without a resident. Residents must present a Club card upon entry to the pools. Residents may bring up to nine (9) guests and will be charged $3/guest for all guests over the age of ten. Guest fees must be paid with a punch card which can be purchased at The Club in increments of $3, $12, and $24. 
 
Children
Children under the age of ten (10) must be accompanied at all times by an adult, eighteen (18) years or older. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising the baby pool, which allows only non-swimmers under the age of six (6). Only small flotation devices will be permitted in the pool. 
 
Swimwear
Proper swimwear is required at all times. Inappropriate bathing suits and loose clothing is strictly prohibited. Swim diapers are required for children that are not potty trained.
 
Diving/Water Slide
There is no diving in the pool's shallow end (5ft of water or less), and divers must dive straight off the board, not off the side. No swimming in the slide/diving area of the pool. No hanging from slide, diving board, or ropes. One person is allowed on the diving board/water slide at once. No goggles or swim masks are permitted while diving/sliding.
 
General Expectations
No glass, running, rough play, foul language, loud music, pets, persons with open sores, alcoholic beverages, smoking, drugs, or gambling will be tolerated at pools. Food and drinks must be kept six (6) feet from the water. Lifeguards may disallow unsafe items; only appropriate pool toys are allowed. No hard balls, super soakers, or water guns. No swimming after pool hours unless scheduled previously with Quality Aquatics Pool Management. No unauthorized persons are allowed in lifeguard posts. Abandoned belonging will be turned into the lost and found. All facilities close in the event of a thunder/lightning warning. 

Pool Schedule

Anderson Pool

 
 Anderson Pool is located at 4910 New Territory Blvd. and offers a baby pool, cabanas, and a slide. During the summer, lap swimming is available Monday - Friday from 8 - 10 a.m. for adults. During busy times, swimmers may have to share lanes or circle swim. 
 

The Club Pool

 
The Club Pool, located at 1200 Walker School Road, offers a baby pool and has a lot of open space to splash around!
 
It also hosts our neighborhood swim teams (Torpedos and Tarpons) and swim lessons (Sugar Land Swim School) in the summer. 
 
During the school year, you can see First Colony Swim Team using the facility for their youth teams and Masters Swim Class.  

Cunningham Creek Pool

 
 Cunningham Creek Pool, located at 300 Cunningham Creek Blvd, is our most popular pool that includes a twenty-foot slide, diving board, and a baby pool. It also has a nearby playground, splash pad, and tennis courts.

Ellis Creek Pool

 
Ellis Creek Pool is located at 6101 Homeward Way and offers two twenty-foot slides and a baby pool. Our neighborhood swim teams (Torpedos and Tarpons) also practice here each summer. 
 
Ellis Creek Park is nearby and offers a playground, tennis courts, sand volleyball courts, and walking trails! 

Splash Pad

 
New Territory's Splash Pad, located at 300 Cunningham Creek Blvd., operates from April 1 - October 31, from 9 a.m. - 9 p.m.
 
To operate the spray park, hit the white sensor located on the blue pole, and please know that during high usage, water features may shut down for twenty minutes to allow the chemicals to catch up.
 
Please follow these simple rules so everyone can have a great time!
  • No lifeguard on duty; parent supervision is required.
  • Lifeguards working at Cunningham Creek pool have authority over the Splash Pad and should be obeyed at all times.
  • The Splash Pad is chemically treated and not intended for consumption. 
  • Do not consume the water or climb on the equipment.
  • Surfaces may be hot; footwear is recommended
  • No food/drinks are allowed on the spray pad.
  • Glass containers are not allowed in the splash pad area. 
  • The Splash Pad may close without notice for maintenance or repairs.
