She delivers high-energy training and personalized nutrition plans tailored to your unique metabolic rates and personal goals using the latest exercise techniques, cardio programs, and strength training.

Carol Haynes - Personal Trainer

Carol Haynes - Commit to Fit

Carol Haynes is a former bodybuilder with fourteen years of experience as a personal trainer. She is certified through the National Council on Strength and Fitness (NCSF), with additional certifications in TRX and tennis weight training.

She is the founder of "Commit to Fit" personal training company and trains teens, seniors, and everyone in between!
